Founder and Owner

Founder Dan VanderMeer created GR Tech Swap while pursuing a degree in Statistics at Grand Valley State University, where he has maintained a five-semester streak on the Dean’s List. A lifelong reseller who began in middle school, Dan has spent the last two years specializing in the tech sector, applying knowledge in data science and economics to scale to six figures in its first six months of operation. By leveraging advanced business analytics, high-level marketing, and automated pricing models, he simplifies the buyback process, ensuring customers receive fair, market-adjusted offers. This combination of technical expertise and a tenacious hustle has established Dan as a leader in the local resale market.

Operations Manager

Operations Manager, Asher Kuhn, a Finance major at Grand Valley State University has an extensive professional background in Information Technology. Asher bridges the gap between technical support and financial management, ensuring the business maintains high operational standards and fiscal health. His deep understanding of hardware and software allows the team to provide technical diagnostics and accurate appraisals, while his oversight of eBay fulfillment and payment logistics keeps the business running smoothly.
